Withdrawal procedure

The procedure below on course withdrawal details the steps for learners who want to withdraw their enrolment. The goal of the policy is to establish a transparent and uniform procedure for learners and the school administration, as well as to effectively handle administrative duties and keep academic records precise.

1. Learner

Fills up course withdrawal form and submit to learner Service Centre.

2. Student Services Centre

  • Appointment made for learner to meet Management.
  • Upon approval or rejection, inform learner in writing within 5 working days.
  • Learner’s Application in TP Gateway will be cancelled.

3. Accounts Department

  • Within 10 working days of withdrawal, refund to the learner and amount based on the refund policy, if approved.
  • Withdrawal notification received at least 14 calendar days before commencement, refund policy shall apply, please refer to Refund Policy and Procedure.
  • Withdrawal notification received less than 14 calendar days from the course commencement or upon course commencement, no refund of paid fees.

Refund policy

A policy regarding school refunds determines the process for returning fees to learners who withdraw from course. Refer to the refund policy table.

Withdrawal notification received at least 14 calendar days before course commencement.
Withdrawal notification received less than 14 calendar days from the course commencement OR upon course commencement.
