Upon successful completion of the course of the course and passing all assessments, participants will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SSG.

After completing the course, you will be awarded an SSG/WSQ Cert (Statement of Attainment) within 3 weeks, can be downloaded from MySkillsFuture.

Trainees who are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can log in to MySkillsFuture portal using Singpass to download their e-Certs. Trainees who are foreigners without Singpass can approach us to get your e-Certs.

We do not accept cash. The reservation of class will be considered successful once payment has been completed.

For Self/Individual Registration:
To complete the online registration process, payment has to be made for the applied course. You will receive an acknowledgement email (based on the email address indicated during registration) and/or a confirmation email once the course is confirmed and course fee has been paid.

For Employer Registration:
Company’s person-in-charge who has completed the registration on your behalf will receive a confirmation email from us. Please show this confirmation email on the first day of your course.

Please write to [email protected] for request of date change. Once you have received the course confirmation there is an admin fee for reschedule to change the date.

All learners are expected to be punctual for all courses at all times. Latecomers (more than 30 mins) will be considered absent. Please arrange with our staff to attend the next available class, where an admin fee for absence will be applicable.

The minimum attendance requirement is 75%. All learners are strongly encouraged to have full attendance for all classes unless there are unforeseen circumstances, e.g., due to medical reasons where documentary proof can be provided.

From 1 Oct 2023, Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) has made it mandatory to use e-attendance via SingPass as the default mode of attendance-taking for WSQ courses. You must have a SingPass App on the mobile phone with an active SingPass account before the course start date.

Most WSQ courses are applicable to SSG Course Fee Funding and SkillsFuture Credit. UTAP Funding may also be applicable to selected courses.
