Course Objective

This unit provides candidates to have a better understanding of a perfect cuppa, brew different kinds of coffee, understand full range of coffee products and equipment and the different types of pastry pair well with coffee.

Candidates will be taught how to brew the perfect cuppa, hands-on preparation techniques to brew the different kinds of coffee, the technique of milk frothing and pastry pairing.
