This unit provides candidates to have a better understanding of the proper making of Cake Lapis and Pineapple Tart. Candidates will be able to learn how to cream and knead for both Cake Lapis and Pineapple Tart.

Candidates will be taught how to bake cake lapis to the right texture and knead the pastry to the right texture.
