Baking Donut and X’mas Logcake

Course Objective

This unit provides candidates to have a better understanding of making and decoration for both donuts and log cake.

Course outline

Candidates will be taught how to cream, bake and prepare decoration for cupcakes. Candidates will be taught on the proper way of whisking the meringue for Macaroon and making filling for the Macaroon.
